| Introduced to beading by her future sister-in-law, Kate has been beading for almost 20 years. After working at Caravan Beads in Dover, NH for many years, she moved to the SouthCoast area of Massachusetts where she opened Island Creations - a dream come true. Besides beads, Kate works in silver and other metals plus fused, stained and lampworked glass. She is always looking to learn new techniques and enjoys passing on her love of jewelry making to her customers and students.
