Welcome to Island Creations

We are a Bead Store in Marion, MA offering vintage and contemporary beads, findings and tools, including semi-precious stones, freshwater pearls, Bali silver beads, Sterling silver and 14k gold-filled wire and findings... Everything that you need to create your own one-of-a-kind jewelry.

Remember you can schedule your own class. Email or call us with dates, times and what you want to learn and we will set it up for you. One-on-One classes are $20/hour. Two or more people are $25 for a 2 hour class or $35 for a 3 hour class.

Bead Mixes

Pick up a pre-made mix or make your own. Create a mix with semi-precious stones, swarovksi crystals, freshwater pearls, German vintage beads and glass beads. Price is 10 cents a gram with a minimum of 25 grams. Ask us for details

Valentine's Day Sale

Stop by the store for savings of 20% off all loose beads and 10% off all strands (which are always priced 20% off retail prices). There will also be demos in the afternoon.

Texturing Metal from 1pm-2pm
Making Glass and Dichroic Cabs from 2:30p-3pm
Fold forming from 4pm-5pm
Fine Silver Fusing from 4pm-5pm

Bead Bucks

Spend $150 in the store between February 11th and March 28th and receive a $20 Bead Bucks good towards any $60 or more purchase in April or May (excluding any items already marked down). Stop by and get a card to have stamped with all purchases made.

Customer Appreciation Days

On March 12th from 2-8, March 13th from 10-6 and March 14th from 10-6, stop by the store. We will have demos going all days. These will include (but not limited to) wire techniques, enameling on copper, glass bead making, foldforming, fine silver fusing and glass fusing. Times for the demos will be mailed out in the next 2 weeks.

Girls Night Out

Our night-out parties are private event that you can schedule for you and your friends to come in, hang out and play. These events are held after which means you have the store to yourselves. You have a member of our staff on-hand to help you out. Parties typically run 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Everyone will make the same piece of jewelry (necklace, bracelet, anklet). Bring your favorite drinks and munchies (don't forget cups and plates). The cost of these events is $8/person + material used. There is a minimum of 4 people. We need at least a week's notice for all parties.

Would you rather have the party at your house? Give us a call, come in and help us create project kits for the party. To help customize the kits, bring us names, birth month, whether they have kids (how many and birth month).
